Snorkeling Excursions

At Stingray City Sandbar, you’ll stand in calm, waist-deep water and interact with friendly southern stingrays, including the chance to feed and learn about them from your captain. Then we visit vibrant snorkeling sites like Coral Gardens and the Barrier Reef, where you’ll swim over colorful coral, tropical fish, and diverse marine life in clear, shallow waters suitable for all experience levels. The trip often finishes at Starfish Point, a peaceful shallow beach where you can spot and gently observe beautiful starfish in their natural habitat.

Deep Sea Fishing

One of the best things about fishing in Grand Cayman is how quickly you reach world-class deep-water action—there’s no long run offshore needed. In just about 35 minutes, the Miss Essie arrives at the dramatic drop-off wall, where the real bluewater adventure begins.

Here, we troll the rich currents of the Caribbean for an exciting variety of pelagic species, including Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Sailfish, Barracuda, and Skipjack Tuna. On the right day, you may also encounter Spanish Mackerel.

It’s fast-action fishing in deep, crystal-clear water—where every line in the spread has the potential to turn into something unforgettable.

Reef Fishing

Our reef fishing charter is a great family-friendly option in Grand Cayman, perfect for guests who want a fun fishing experience without going far offshore. The calm, shallow waters of the reef make it ideal for beginners and younger children, while still offering steady action for all ages.

You can expect to catch a variety of reef and inshore species including Grunt, Jacks, Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Triggerfish, Barracuda, Bonefish, Tarpon, and occasional Grouper depending on conditions.

Bioluminescence Bay

Experience one of Grand Cayman’s most magical and unique evening adventures — a private trip to the island’s famous Bioluminescent Bay (Bio Bay). As darkness settles, the calm, shallow waters come alive with millions of tiny, microscopic organisms (dinoflagellates) that glow a brilliant blue-green with every movement, creating a stunning natural light show.

The experience truly comes to life once you’re in the water, where every kick, splash, and movement around you triggers the glowing effect.

“Our yacht charter with Black Tip Charters was absolutely incredible. The crew was attentive, the yacht was stunning, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to book another adventure with them.”
